Definitions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: “The Company” and “We” means pixiemccann.com and TPME Ltd. “Customer” means the customer of the company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by The Company to the Customer.

Payment

Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. 

We use Stripe’s secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfil your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery time

When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. In the UK we aim to use Royal Mail, for exports we typically use a Royal Mail international delivery service but may chose other courier services. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched. 3rd party suppliers will use their proffered shipping method, but we will let you know when dispatched.

On average:
* UK customers – Orders of in stock items should be with you within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch. Print on demand items will take longer but we will aim to advise you of the approximate timescale.

* European customers – Orders of in stock items should be with you within 3 – 4 working days after dispatch. Print on demand items will take longer but we will aim to advise you of the approximate timescale.

* Rest of World customers – Orders of in stock items should be with you within 5 – 7 working days after dispatch. Print on demand items will take longer but we will aim to advise you of the approximate timescale.

Notice

You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Stock

We aim to dispatch orders of items that are in stock within 1 – 3 business days of the order being placed.

Claims

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made via email to hello@pixiemccann.com within seven working days of delivery. We shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by us, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to us for examination.

Liability

* If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, we shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or refund the the Customer.

* In no circumstances shall the liability of pixiemccann.com to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. We offer a 7 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.

Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your  product, you can return it for a refund by filling in the paperwork that arrived with your order and sending it back to us.

Returning items from overseas will be at the cost of the customer. To return an item just package it securely and return to the Returns address supplied with the order. It is essential you use a tracked service of your choice and make sure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Some small print: Products need to be returned within 7 days in as new condition, which is pretty standard stuff.

Postage will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website. The Customer’s statutory rights will not be affected.

We have an office telephone but as we are such a small team the best way to contact us is via email (hello@pixiemccann.com) as we cannot guarantee there will be someone in the office to answer the phone! We answer emails as quickly as we can. We may be small, but we care a lot!

Shipping – UK

All UK orders that are of in stock items  are sent out using Royal Mail unless we are using a 3rd party company for dispatch.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Shipping – Overseas

We aim to sell all over the world, typically dispatching from the UK.

You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.

Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

Shipping to the EU post Brexit – We are shipping to our EU customers. We do not charge VAT on EU deliveries but our customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery.
